Hot Meals: The Right Help at the Right Time

With crossings constrained and food inflation biting, many families don’t have safe kitchens, fuel, or ingredients. Freshly cooked meals close that gap between access and survival.

  • Rapid nourishment for children and older people when waiting for supplies isn’t realistic.
  • Restored dignity for displaced families in tents and shared halls, where cooking simply isn’t possible.
  • Safer, faster delivery from controlled kitchens to on-site serving by verified local teams.

What We’re Cooking and Serving

We prepare nutritious, simple recipes using whatever ingredients we can source locally:

  • Lentil stew (dal): protein-rich and filling.

  • Beans and rice: wholesome, familiar, and easy to digest.

  • Warm bread when available: to complete a hearty plate.
